The best way to learn a language, to my opinion, is, first of all, to listen and read.

I think that the best is called: Learn in your car. It has many languages in it, like English, Spanish, French Russian and more
You can listen while you are driving your car
You hear sentences in English first and then this sentence in another language
Why is it good? because of the grammar, you listen how we say as I, you, he,she,it, and we, you, them. In singular and plural
When you listen many times it flows in your blood and you remember it, and you don`t need to think of the rules in grammar
